Introduction
40 Y/ Female Patient with multiple omental deposits throughout the deposit and pelvic deposits on both sides on CECT abdomen and pelvis.
Procedure details:
CT-guided biopsy of the omental lesion in the pelvis was done in supine position under local anesthesia.
Introducer needle used: 17G spinal needle and 18G biopsy gun ;
No complications post procedure. No bleeding at the site
The patient tolerated the procedure well.
HPE report: Adenocarcinoma of the ovary.
